Testimonials
Phil Friar, Principal, Papamoa Primary School
“Mr Kedian has worked extensively within our school since 2010. He is well read, experienced and possesses highly attuned skills in identifying, analysing and providing professional support that grows people and the organisation he is working with.
During this time, he has worked with our senior leadership team delivering a number of highly engaging professional learning series. Some specifically personalised to facilitate the embracing of seminal literature, challenge our thinking, and grow our practice in our quest for continual improvement. Mr Kedian has also mentored leadership staff and completed my Principal Appraisals in a professional, engaging and highly credible manner.
In summary Mr Kedian is personable, knowledgeable and highly adept at facilitating meaningful dialogue that enables collaboration and challenges one’s thinking. This has supported us to create new understanding and facilitate (over time) a new reality.”

“Jeremy Kedian has been my appraiser for two years, although mentor would be a better description. He has a gift for asking the right questions to facilitate your professional growth through self-reflection and quality dialogue. He nudges and challenges in a highly professional way to develop and improve leadership capacity, and I walked away from each of the sessions feeling wiser. His process is robust without being onerous and I truly looked forward to each occasion we could spend time delving into my practice. The quality and depth of the professional dialogues we embarked on are unequalled in my 13-year career as a principal. Jeremy encouraged me to embark on my Master of Educational Leadership degree and the confidence he had in my ability to succeed strengthened me. Without reservation I would recommend Jeremy to other principals keen to grow their practice and learn from and with, someone I consider a master of his craft, education.
Jeremy Kedian, aka Jay, guided a group of us on a journey of discovery through the UK and South Africa study tour in 2012. It remains the most professionally rewarding and best professional learning experience of my life! While being in other countries and viewing their education system has tremendous benefits, the real value of these tours is the quality professional dialogue that was conducted at each gathering of the group. Jeremy facilitated this and his ability to challenge our thinking was a catalyst for substantial personal professional growth. We were billeted by fellow principals, which was a fantastic opportunity to see behind the ‘pop in and out’ culture that some tours can be. Making comparisons to our own system of education and being professionally challenged by different points of view is a real thrill. I have since been on a further study tour, not with Jeremy, and unfortunately found it was left wanting in comparison. The two colleagues who attended both study tours with me agreed it was Jeremy’s facilitation that was missing. I would recommend one of Jeremy’s study tours to everyone open to learning. So much so, that our DP has been offered the opportunity to travel with Jeremy overseas with the next study tour- she can’t wait having heard me talk about the growth I experienced!”
