Our Story
LEADERSHIP INNOVATION NZ LTD was initiated by Jeremy Kedian in 2016. He has worked in the area of leadership development and innovation since 1991, and has supported leaders and their development in approximately 15 countries. He has a wealth of experience that he is able to share.
LEADERSHIP INNOVATION NZ LTD and its work is supported by a panel of experts. These are drawn from Universities and from the Education profession. They ensure that the work of LEADERSHIP INNOVATION NZ LTD is current, relevant, appropriately supported by the work of the international research community and useful to professionals at a highly practical level.
Our Purpose
The purpose of LEADERSHIP INNOVATION NZ LTD is to support professional educators and other leaders as they seek to meet the demands of a changing world and society. This requires INNOVATION!
Arguably, schools in the current factory model form might no longer be fit for purpose. Professional educators need to change in order to prepare young people appropriately for their multiple futures. This requires INNOVATION!

Client Centred Approach
LEADERSHIP INNOVATION NZ LTD has a client-centred approach to supporting the development of schools and the individuals in them – leaders, teachers and learners. All programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of individual schools. In doing so, consultants use a dialogic approach that is inclusive and encourages the assumption that ‘the answer is in the room’ – that a group of professionals, given appropriate support by experienced consultants, can solve their own problems!
